I admit I had to go check on isfdb for some stories, to see if they were in anthologies or collections I know I have read.

I've read only one of the novels: Lord of Light. I do not like it as much as most people seem to. Probably it has not aged well.

In novellas I have read the Silverberg, Sturgeon, and Farmer, although the Farmer I read a long time ago and I remember little about it. The Sturgeon I didn't see the appeal of other than being deliberately transgressive. The Silverberg was decent although not his best.

I've read all the novelettes. I think I would have voted for "The Keys to December".

I can't swear I have read ant of the short stories... possibly the Wilhelm but if so I don't remember anything about it.

Read: Novels: The Einstein Intersection, Lord of Light (the latter being one of my all-time favorites) Novellas: Behold the Man, Hawksbill Station, If All Men ..., Weyr Search (Behold the Man most interesting from several angles, Weyr Search the distilled / condensed essence of a really interesting story line that was eventually dragged out several times longer than its intrinsic story and conceptual values could really support) Novelettes: all five (Flatlander the most obviously and directly SFnal, Pretty Maggie Moneyeyes the most emotionally wrenching) Short stories: Aye, and Gomorrah, Driftglass

Interestingly, the year's nominees include several stories that seem culturally rooted firmly in the 1950s, several others (mostly self-consciously) riding what their authors perceived as the zeitgeist of the 1960s, and a few that seem weird enough to belong to some eddy further down the time stream.
